Crompton is the Managing Partner of The Crompton Group – a part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Rick has been in the Real Estate business for over 18 years and has been a leader of top producing teams, having served as a Managing Broker with 150 agents in his office.
Rick holds a B.A. from Judson University, a M.A. and M.Div. from Northern Baptist Theological Seminary, and M.Mus. from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Prior to real estate, Rick was in the pastoral ministry for 17 years. Between Rick and his wife Jeannine, they have raised nine kids and enjoy five grandchildren.
