Referral Gift Program Terms and Conditions

WHO CAN ENTER: The Regis University College for Professional Studies (CPS) Referral Program is open to all alumni, current students, faculty, non-students, and staff of Regis University that reside within the United States and Canada.

HOW TO ENTER: Participants in the Regis University CPS Referral Program will receive one (1) gift when a person they refer completes and submits an application to the College for Professional Studies. There is no limit to the number of referrals that a participant may submit. Program is not applicable for applicants to Regis College or Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions.

GIFT: One (1) Regis University bookstore gift card worth $50 redeemable online or at a Regis University bookstore. Please allow 4-6 weeks for mailing/shipping.

GENERAL: Regis University CPS shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from acceptance and/or use of any prize. Decisions of Regis University CPS are final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure, and fulfillment in respect to the referral program. Regis University reserves the right at any time to withdraw the Referral Program or to modify, amend, or supplement these rules, in its sole discretion. Gifts available while supplies last.

By participating in the Referral Program, the selected entrant consents to the use by Regis University CPS of their name, city and state of residence, occupation, and affiliation with Regis University CPS (alumni or current student) for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Selected entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and understand that the decisions of Regis University are final in all aspects.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: Regis University CPS does not sell, rent, or lease personally identifiable student or employee information to outside vendors. Personal information provided to the University becomes property of the University and is stored and used for student service functions only, including provisions for directory information as defined by Regis University and authorized by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act. However, the Regis University CPS website is a public domain and information contained therein may be seen and used by others. Regis University CPS reserves the right to alter the provisions of this principle at any time and without prior notice and any such changes will be posted to the Regis University CPS website in a timely manner.
